Our meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at Nixa Senior Center. 404 S. Main St. Nixa, MO 65714.
Our meeting this month we will be discussing:

Everyone is welcome to bring your favorite homemade or store bought ice cream flavor!
*Bonus points if your ice cream recipe contains honey! And... if we have enough participation we will have a tasting contest! We are looking forward to tasting all of your creative recipes!
NOTE: We do not have access to a freezer so please pack your ice cream in ice so it won’t melt!
Clayton Caperton will share his methods for extracting honey and Dave Loftin will talk about preparing comb honey!
MO Bee Day was a success! Several members of the club attended the MO Bee Day event and they will share about their experiences!
Study up... because Hanna will lead us in a game of beekeeping trivia!
