Bees Alive Club was born out of a desire to educate and equip local beekeepers with the art of successful beekeeping. We wanted to provide a place for any beekeeper in the southern MO area to come and learn first hand the ins and outs of beekeeping.
The name Bees Alive Club stems from our want to help local beekeepers keep their BEES ALIVE and thriving using the best methods and techniques that our experienced apiarists have to offer.

Our Mission
As a club, our mission is to:
- Educate and inform the general public and the beekeeper about beekeeping
- Encourage beginner beekeepers and help establish first-time beekeepers in the success of their efforts.
- Provide a place where local beekeepers have an opportunity to discuss ideas and concerns in all aspects of beekeeping.
- Share our insights and passion for beekeeping to help others grow in their appreciation and enjoyment of keeping bees with an emphasis on the next generation of young beekeepers.
- Promote beekeeping, advise and support all beekeepers, from the backyard hobbyist to the future commercial apiarists.
