2026 March Newsletter 

Next Meeting Thursday March 5th, 2026 7pm-9pm

Join us for our March 5th meeting.  Our meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at the Nixa Senior Center. 404 S. Main St. Nixa, MO 65714.
At our meeting this month, we will be discussing:
*Swarm Catching
Our board members will be speaking about Swarm Catching. 

• Swarm call etiquette~what to do when you get the call
• Equipment needed/useful
• When to move your freshly caught swarm
• Where to set up your new 'free' bees

*Our Annual Beehive Painting Contest

• ​Voting will take place during the meeting to decide which beehive will be crowned our 2026 contest winner ​

If there’s a swarm of honey bees in your yard or your area, please call 417-559-9044 to connect with an experienced BAC beekeeper who will safely remove them. Our honey bee swarm removal services cover several SW MO counties.
